Terminal grading is conducted according to the end date of the course to exist graded. Rosters will be available online nigh the finish appointment of the class and will remain available until all grades are submitted.

If y'all receive the message "The Final Grade Worksheet is unavailable," grading may non yet be active.  Check again closer to the stop date of your course.  If the course has already ended, contact your Grading Coordinator or the Office of the Academy Registrar for assistance.

Grade Submission Deadline: University guidelines recommend that final grades be submitted as soon every bit possible subsequently administration of the final exam for the course but not subsequently than 24 hours prior to the degree conferral date of the term. The borderline is inclusive of independent report courses with no test and regularly scheduled semester-long courses.

Submit Final Grades

  1. Log on to Patriot Web.
  2. From the Primary Bill of fare, select Kinesthesia and Advisor Services.
  3. Select Term Pick.
  4. Select the desired term from the drop-downwards listing, then select Submit Term.
  5. Select CRN Option.
  6. Select the grade yous wish to grade from the driblet-downwards list, then select Submit CRN.
    NOTE: If your grade does not appear in the list, it's considering y'all are not listed as the instructor. Please contact your departmental scheduling coordinators for assist.
  7. Select Final Grades.
  8. Your roster will display in alphabetic guild. Click to position your cursor in the class field for the starting time student on the roster. Click in the "Grade" box to use the driblet-downward list of grades appropriate for each educatee; select a grade by clicking on it. If yous wish to type a grade you may do and then. To type a course with a + or -, y'all must type the letter grade over again until it displays the correct version. Yous may tab to or click in the Grade field for the side by side educatee. Practise not use the up or down arrow keys, as this will change the grade selected.
    Annotation: Please review the Final Grades page and the University Catalog for grading policies and procedures.
  9. Enter a course for each student on the roster.  If the student has officially withdrawn, a 'W' will already announced in the grade field.  If the educatee did not attend, select the course NA.  If the student stopped attending, enter the class SA and enter the last known date of attendance in the Last Attend Date.  Use the form IN just when the pupil has incomplete work that cannot be completed on time for reasons beyond their control.  Use the grade AB if the student had prior permission to be absent for the final exam.
    Notation: Information technology is not necessary to enter Last Attend Date or Nourish Hours if the student completed the course.
  10. When finished inbound grades, select Submit Grades. Expect for the message, "The class or Last Attend Engagement changes you lot made take been saved successfully," at the top of the page – this ways your grades have been received. If y'all come across a STOP warning at the tiptop, bank check the error bulletin, make any necessary corrections and click the Submit Grades button again.
  11. To course additional courses, select Render TO MENU in the upper right corner of the screen to return to the Faculty and Advisor Services menu, and repeat from step vii.
  12. To view confirmed grades, whorl to the lesser of the Concluding Grades page and select Summary Class List from the links beyond the bottom.
  13. When y'all are done using Patriot Web, select EXIT in the upper right corner of the screen.  Y'all should also close Internet Explorer to ensure security.

Annotation: Please review your grades carefully before exiting.  Grades are posted (rolled) to the transcript nightly; in one case rolled, all form changes must exist made on a paper Modify of Grade Course, bearing proper signatures.  If you discover a recording or calculation mistake that would affect a rolled course, you should notify the student immediately.
